• When Cleaning: Spot treat with a mild detergent and water. To dry, stuff the bag (to retain the shape) and let air dry in a cool, shady area. For bags with suede bottoms, use a soft dry brush to buff out any dirt spots.

Simple Warranty

Simple shoes are warranted to provide normal wear and be free from defective materials or faulty manufacturing for one year from confirmed date of purchase. Any products beyond one year will be evaluated on a case by case basis. For further warranty information please contact Simple at 1-866-896-3708.

How to Return

Returns or exchanges are permitted, provided the customer purchased the product through our mail order, call center, or website and it is within 30 days of the original invoice date. Shoes must be free of wear and tear and must be thoroughly cleaned so that all dirt and debris is removed. Dirty shoes will be returned to the customer, without evaluation.
