Returns for exchange or store credit
Please use this form ONLY if you did NOT purchase your Simple Shoes product from www.simpleshoes.com, the Simple Shoes call center, or through Simple Shoes mail order. If you used any of these methods to purchase directly from us, please click here instead.
We gladly accept returns from customers who purchased their Simple Shoes product from a retailer other than www.simpleshoes.com, the Simple Shoes call center or Simple Shoes mail order. We will process your return for an exchange or a credit. We do not refund for products not purchased directly from us.
Items must be in new, unused condition. A product with any dirt or wear and tear will be returned with no action taken. Products must be from our current product line, which is posted on the website.
Please note that if credit is provided as a result of this evaluation, such credit will expire if not used within one year from the date of issue.

Returns for Warranty Evaluation
The Simple warranty applies to footwear less than one year old from the date of purchase. It applies to defective materials and workmanship. All items sent to Simple which are past one year old from date of purchase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Simple can offer an exchange or credit. We do not perform any repairs.
Items returned for defect evaluation will be processed in the order that they are received. Evaluations can take 1 to 3 weeks.
Exchanges will be shipped via ground service at no cost to the customer.
