Unfortunately, if the product is not found in the Online Store the item may be currently unavailable. As we receive inventory we do update our website with this information and you may want to check back regularly to see if the item becomes available once more. You may also want to check with local retailers to see if the item is available.

Yes, we do. Simple Shoes has a corporate sales program that provides products for corporate meetings, corporate incentives, corporate gift programs and group orders. Special pricing is based upon the quantity of products in the corporate/group order. To make a request regarding Simple Shoes corporate and group sales for Simple Shoes products, please send us an email to Corporate/ Group Sales. What is hemp?
Hemp is a plant that grows like a weed all over the world. While it is illegal to grow in the United States (even though you can't smoke it!), it is one of the most durable, breathable, and heat retaining fibers in the world. Many farmers in China plant Hemp around the perimeter of their fields since it acts like a natural pest repellant. And because of this, most hemp is not treated with any pesticides or herbicides. We use hemp in our sneakers because it is soft, keeps your feet cool on warm days and warm on the colder ones, and also because it is breathable... the perfect mix of qualities for something you put on your foot.
How are vegan shoes different from regular shoes?
A vegan shoe is manufactured using no animal bi-products.
How long does it take for my returns to be processed?
Please allow up to 15 business days from the date we receive them for your return to be processed. Please keep in mind all return requests (exchange/refund) will be processed as received. We cannot make any changes to the return or action requested upon receipt.

If an item within your order becomes out of stock after your purchase an email notification will be sent to your email notifying you of the problem. Items that are out of stock at the time of purchase will display backorder information denoting the expected shipment date of your item.

What should I be paying attention to when trying a shoe on?
Shoes and other items may not show sign of wear. Try walking on carpet or a clean surface when testing the shoes. This could be signs of an improperly sized shoe.
