Canadian
Canadian Duty and Taxes will be calculated and applied after you place your order. They will be itemized on the packing slip included in your order. See terms and conditions related to Canadian Duty and Taxes.
Canadian Duty and Taxes
To facilitate the fulfillment of your order, Deckers Consumer Direct Corporation's parent company, Deckers Outdoor Corporation ("Deckers"), will coordinate all Canadian importation requirements. Accordingly, you will be billed for the duty and applicable HST (15%, for New Brunswick, Newfoundland/Labrador and Nova Scotia; 6% GST and 8% PST in Ontario; and 6% GST in all other Provinces and Territories), GST (all other provinces) and PST due on your order. By placing your order, you authorize Deckers to appoint a Canadian customs broker to obtain customs clearance for your merchandise and remit applicable duty and taxes on your behalf to Revenue Canada.
Product Returns - Reclamation of duty and taxes
If you return merchandise, you likewise authorize Deckers or an agent of Deckers to submit a claim for duty and taxes to Revenue Canada on your behalf and to receive, endorse and deposit all such refunds. Deckers will refund the purchase price, duty and taxes directly to you.
