Gift Cards may not be returned, applied as payment on any account, used to purchase another Gift Card or Virtual Gift Card or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. If lost, stolen or damaged, Gift Cards can be replaced for the remaining value with satisfactory proof of purchase (confirmation email or credit card receipt). Balance Reminder Protection

Don't worry about the recipient of your gift forgetting to use their balance.
