Simple Gift Cards and Virtual Gift Cards do not expire, have no fees and are redeemable at simpleshoes.com only. Gift Cards may not be returned, applied as payment on any account, used to purchase another Gift Card or Virtual Gift Card or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. If lost, stolen or damaged, Gift Cards can be replaced for the remaining value with satisfactory proof of purchase (confirmation email or credit card receipt). Balance Reminder Protection
Don't worry about the recipient of your gift forgetting to use their balance. As a service provided to our Simple Gift Card and Virtual Gift Card customers, we will send a friendly email reminder notice to the recipient of the Gift Card or Virtual Gift Card every 3 months. You can be assured that the recipient of your gift will not forget your generosity.
Purchasing with a Gift Card
For Gift Card use online, please proceed through Checkout. Enter your Gift Card number, which is located on the back of your card in the Gift Card Number field. You can use a credit card, check or money order in addition to your Gift Card, if needed, to complete your order.
